Green Bell Pepper

First green bell pepper in the garden
Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

* Bell peppers (of course! :)
* Salt
* 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
* Chopped onion
* Chopped garlic
* 1 tsp of dried oregano
* Fresh ground pepper
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* Add all seasoning mixed into ground beef and stuffed the bell peppers
* Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and some cheese on the top
Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes

  1. Nice bell!! I have used fish paste to stuff peppers. Delicious! I am sure ground beef would be as yummy too. Enjoy the fruit of your labour!

  3. VueJardin, you have to pound the fish meat for some time to get the elasticity. A little salt water got to be added (just a little, less then a pinch of salt) also. The paste will look quite shinny. That's when you can do the stuffing. It will taste really good. Enjoy!
