Sea Pink is started to fade (see previous photos 1 & 2), I try to germinate it from flower seeds. Did anyone try initiate plant growth by germinating the dry flower seeds?

It will be interesting to know if the dry flower can be used to grow a new plant. Btw, this plant is so sweet :-) And, TQ for your comment on Crape Myrtle. It was really helpful for me.
